I, THE FIGHTER, OR THE PARENT OF MINOR FIGHTER, HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

• I will provide ABSOLUTE COMBAT FIGHTING with a SUITABLE promo photo via the UPLOAD LINK within 24 hours of completing this agreement, or I risk my bout being scratched. 

• I will sign any BOUT AGREEMENT provided to me whether physical or digital within 24 hours of receiving said agreement, or I risk my bout being scratched.

• I will complete any and all applicable MEDICALS, LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, or PRE-FIGHT FORMS / WAIVERS timely, AND NO LATER than 14 days PRIOR to Fight Day, or my bout WILL be scratched.  

• I will accept any and all social media tags, collaboration requests, or follow requests made by ABSOLUTE COMBAT FIGHTING.

• I understand that if ABSOLUTE COMBAT FIGHTING can not reach me for a period of 72 hours or greater, for any reason, that my bout may be scratched and ticket sales will not be refunded.  

• I agree that should my bout scratch or be cancelled for ANY reason, that I will promptly return any and all applicable unsold tickets signed out to me within 48 hours of the cancellation of my bout, NO EXCEPTIONS.  I also agree that should I fail to do so, tickets will be considered STOLEN and I will be held both financially and criminally responsible for the value of said tickets.
